Overview

In this course, we will learn all that you need to know to install, prep and service your machines.

What you will need to do:

• send us your email address we can use to create your Eversys credentials.
  • This will be used for login to the machines, so best to use some sort of info@… address
• Create a User on our Website (best to use the same email address) LINK
• get your workbench ready with the following setup: LINK
• get your tools ready: basic toolbox with:
  • spanners
  • bit set
  • long TX20 Screwdriver
  • basic tools like pliers, sockets,…

The course guides you threw the process as following:

• please feel free to ask questions at any time!
• The topics: First we will have a look about the principles, pros and cons about your Eversys machine including all the menus, recipes, etc.
• then we will talk about the different clients, so called Customer Use cases and how to prep a machine SPECIFICALLY for each
• after that, we will prepare a machine in your shop, so install it and make it ready for a client
• we will connect it to the Grow Your Roastery Dashboard and show you all you need to know
• next comes the installation day onsight, a big day in the customer journey which needs attention and tipps and tricks to fulfill
• then your Remote Barista is working, so next we talk about service, maintanance, problems etc. This topic is built so that you can always come back for information whenever you need it, so as a information toolbox
• at the end, you will find a recipe database as inspiration for special drinks and startingpoints we use for different drinks
